Rabii Esteitie
I start things when I see something missing, and I build them. As a teenager I started a homework group on Facebook and turned it into a tutoring business, and later I co-founded a falafel bar. Today I run sales and marketing at Aryze, a payment infrastructure company in Copenhagen.
What I have made. I started the homework group because I saw students who could not get help. It became Denmark's largest youth homework community, and with a partner I turned it into a business, Let's Study, which we ran until June 2020. During the pandemic I co-founded LefalaF, a falafel bar in Copenhagen, and was responsible for its name, identity, menu and daily operations. I trained as an engineer at DTU, and I have taught children in very vulnerable situations.
What I do. At Aryze I started as an intern, built the marketing function and in January 2026 took over sales and marketing. I sell, and I make the material: product films, a stand, brochures you page through on screen and a podcast.
I have worked with ChatGPT and Claude since they came out. In Claude I have built personas: a writer, a designer and reviewers. They draft and check work before I decide what goes out. I also sit on the Strategic Advisory Board of COSI, the Consortium of Stablecoin Issuers.
Who I am. I like to make hard things simple to understand, for pupils, parents, casinos and banks, and I tell people what works and what does not.

At Aryze
- January 2026 to nowDirector of Sales and MarketingI took over sales and marketing in January 2026, ahead of Pay by Bank's UK launch in May 2026. Pay by Bank lets shops take payments straight from a customer's bank account. I report to the CEO, and in 2026 I led a team of four. With my team I contacted about 370 people at 240 companies, and in 2026 I went to about ten conferences. My job was to find out whether Pay by Bank would sell to online casinos and betting sites. After three months of outreach and meetings I told the management that most operators already had it from other providers.
- August 2024 to January 2026Marketing and Communications ManagerI built Aryze's marketing function, from brand and content to events and social media, and ran the newsletter. I set up our podcast, Ryze N' Shine, booked the guests and filmed and edited the episodes. I gave our community its own brand, the Vikings, and started the Viking Ambassador programme with over 100 volunteers around the world. Aryze's X account went from about 500 followers in early 2024 to over 16,000 in January 2025, during a paid campaign. In October 2026 it had 8,021. The LinkedIn page has grown, mostly organically, to about 3,700 followers.
- March 2024 to August 2024Sales and Marketing InternI worked across sales and marketing for six months and learned the products from the ground up.
Before, and alongside
- January 2026 to nowCommittee Member, Strategic Advisory Board, COSI, under DARACOSI, the Consortium of Stablecoin Issuers, brings together companies that issue and exchange stablecoins, digital money tied to a normal currency. They work together on education, market integrity and safeguards against fraud. COSI is part of DARA, the Digital Asset Regulatory Authority, an industry-led self-regulatory group in the US. In January 2026 I joined COSI's Strategic Advisory Board with two colleagues from Aryze. I bring what we learn about reconciliation, currency exchange controls and audits from building payment and stablecoin products. In October 2026 the advisory board met in person for the first time.
- December 2022 to December 2023Teacher and Mentor, Tagensbo SkoleI taught and mentored children in very vulnerable situations. The work asked for patience, understanding and respect every day.
- June 2020 to October 2022Founder and CEO, LefalaFI co-founded a vegetarian falafel bar in Nordvest, Copenhagen, during the pandemic. I was responsible for the name, identity, menu, pricing, social media, partnerships and daily operations. We catered for DR Byen (the Danish broadcaster's headquarters), Københavns Kommune (the City of Copenhagen) and the concert venue Vega.
- August 2013 to March 2018Receptionist, First HotelsI was 18 when First Hotels hired me as a receptionist, the first 18-year-old they had hired. After two days of training I was ready to work the desk on my own. Later I was on-call cover across five Copenhagen hotels. I handled bookings, check-ins and the daily reports in Opera, the hotels' booking system.
- 2013 to June 2020Founder, Let's StudyIn February 2012 I started a Facebook group because I saw the need for homework help. It had 5,000 members after three months and 22,945 at its peak, when it was Denmark's largest youth homework community. In 2013, with a partner, I turned it into a business, Let's Study: online tutoring with a live classroom and small groups to keep the price down. I was responsible for the brand, pricing, hiring mentors and the product.
- March 2010 to March 2014Telephone Interviewer, Voxmeter A/SMy first job, at a Danish polling company. I called people for surveys and kept them on the line for up to an hour.
How this site was built
The front page is a small city. Each building with a sign is a place where I have worked or studied. Inside are drawn rooms with what I did there, and my cases from that place.
Behind it is an archive of my work from 2012 to now, with a list of every work, where it came from, when it was made and whether it may be shown.
I chose the places, rooms and cases, and gave the facts and my own words for each. Claude wrote the code and drafted the texts from them, and nothing goes public before I approve it. The rooms are drawn with Higgsfield, an AI image tool, in the style of the city. Before the public site is built, every work is checked against a list of rules, so nothing internal is shown.
