My homework help business in the 2020 lockdown
In March 2020 Denmark closed its schools. At Let's Study, the online homework help business I started with a partner, we answered with an offer written for three audiences, new website banners and two short films.

- The offer, the banners and two films were out in March 2020, while the schools were closed. Let's Study closed in June 2020.
When Denmark closed its schools in March 2020, the banners for the top of our website said it plainly. The first was three words in green, DANMARK LUKKER NED ("Denmark shuts down"), with a red exclamation mark. The next one finished the sentence, MEN DET GØR VI IKKE ("but we do not").

Let's Study grew out of my Facebook homework group. Pupils met their mentor online, where they could talk, write and share their assignments.
Our answer to the lockdown was the Lockdown Package, homework help for 14 days at a good price, with no sign-up fee for families who kept going afterwards. We wrote three versions, one for each audience. All three used the same line, "Homework help without the risk of infection". Parents were asked if their child needed the help. Primary school pupils were told to ask their parents to contact us. Upper secondary students were told that falling behind this close to exams was going to sting.

That month we also made two short animated films from a template. One was for pupils who were fed up with their homework. The other looked for new homework helpers who wanted to earn money from home.

In April we offered five free hours of homework help to two primary school pupils. It went out as a Facebook event and as a post for other Facebook groups.
